[Lodge230] Conclave

I recieved several question about the bus trip.  We will leave at 4pm from the council service center and return to the council service center on Sunday around 7pm.  We will gain an hour going to conclave and loose the hour on the return trip .  We need to provide our on tentage, so if youth can get together and pair up in backpacking tents, 3 man tents or smaller it would be best considering the amount of room for luggage in the bus.  All arrowman will be expected to board the bus with correct uniforming including their sash, you can get comfortable after we board.  We will stop for dinner around Cookeville, so make sure youth have money for two meals, Friday and Sunday.  I need to know who in Catoosa will be riding the bus so we can make arrangements to stop and pick you up.  I will let you know the pickup point after I have heard from the Catoosa chapter.
