[Lodge230] Fellowship Update

Hey guys, just a reminder to get your forms in asap.  They are located 
on the lodge website. Remember we have elections for new lodge 
officers.  This is your chance to be heard!!!!

Chairman! I need you to email me your ideas, and what you plan to do for 
fellowship sometime before wednesday.  I have heard from, quest, shows, 
and service but I need to hear from the rest soon.

To answer some questions I have been receiving, I will do a FAQ...

1)  will there be indian related shows?

* yes, I have had a lot of request for this, so... I have emailed blake 
bain and he is willing to help and I have left "shows" in charge of it 
all.  They have added drum and dance to the saturday campfire.

2)  will there be a friday show? I want to know so I will know if I need 
to be there then.

* I have requested and told shows that there NEEDS to be a friday show, 
so there should be.

3)  will the service be like ordeals?

* we will not limit the difficulty of service.  However we will only do 
it for a few hours.  What will that service be?  I am not 100% sure.  It 
will be to help camp in some way.

4) what to bring for service?

* Ranger dave usually has everything we need BUT its a good idea to 
bring, gloves, long pants, hammer, screw driver, saws and other small 
things like that.

5) what do I bring?

* sleeping bag, clothes, raingear, tent (just incase, and always a good 
idea tents will be up though), medical form, snacks, basically any 
normal camp items

6) ordeals you all "stole" my snacks!  Will you here?

* nope, bring all the food you want!  However we do provide 4 meals and 
snacks friday and saturday night.  Plus we will have popcorn during the 
movies.

7) what's this I hear about elections?

* during the fall fellowship we have elections for new lodge officers.  
These officers will take over on the first day of 2007.

8) two meal tickets? Which one is better!?!?

* well if you walk on we give you a different meal ticket. Why? Well 
sometimes we have special food or left overs (that haven't been cooked) 
that we run out of.  Preregistering helps us plan our menu.  So.... 
those who do it get to eat first!  DON'T WORRY!! We will have PLENTY of 
food!!
