[Lodge230] OA support of the Fall Family Camping weekend

Brothers,

I send this message seeking support from the lodge for the Cub Scout
Fall Family Camp at CBT this weekend. We have nearly 1000 brand new cub
scouts and their families coming to experience CBT and scout camping for
the first time.

We have most of our program staff in place but we need help in the
dining hall and with logistics (parking, supplies, etc) for an event of
this magnitude.

These boys and their families will be our new boy scouts at summer camp
in just a few years. The impression we make now must be a good one.

I am looking for adults and mature youth to take on this service. Please
email me directly (gleitch at bsamail.org) if  you are able to serve.
