[Lodge230] Important Conclave reminder

Arrowmen!  We are down to 3 days, it's almost here, and the weather is  
looking super.  It's not too late to register, if you haven't  already.  The last 
day forms will be picked up from the council  office, is 10am Thursday, after 
that, registration will have to be  walkons.
 
**Just an important reminder to everyone.  Please bring with you a  medical 
form, the Class 1 is fine.  This must have completed all the basic  information 
as well as your emergency contact and doctor information, insurance  provider 
and policy number.  Any allergies and medications.  For all  youth, any 
arrowmen under 21 years old, the medical form must be signed by  either your parent 
or guardian.  You can also use your medical form  from last year's summer 
camp.
 
If you attended this past Spring Fellowship, then we have your medical on  
file, but we did receive a few forms from youth that were not signed up  
parent/guardian.  We will need to have a new form in those cases.   Hopefully, we 
won't have any medical emergencies this weekend, but just in case,  let's be 
prepared, so bring your form.  These will be kept on file for all  of this year's 
OA events.
 
Also, it might not be a bad idea to bring yourself a tent, just in  case.  We 
are expecting a great turnout.
