Pellissippi Lodge 230,

I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who helped out at the Conclave
this weekend.  I have heard numerous compliments from everyone about how
this was the best Conclave the Section has ever had and that it will be hard
to live up to these expectations in the future.  Special thanks to the
kitchen staff for the wonderful food we had this weekend.  To the
transportation staff for spending hundreds of dollars on gasoline to power
those vans up and down the hills with hundreds of kids and adults every
day.  To the behind-the-scenes guys, you all know who you are, thank you so
much for doing everything you did this past weekend from walkie-talkies to
parking cars to water runs, to simply smiling and pointing out to a young
scout where their campsite was.  Finally, to the Lodge as a whole.  Thank
you so much for truly exemplifying the spirit of cheerful service and
working without expecting a thing in return for your efforts.  I truly
believe when E. Urner Goodman looked down and saw our Conclave this weekend
he couldn't help but smile.  Again thank you guys so much for your work and
for the support you all gave me this past year as Section Vice-Chief.
Without you all none of this would have been possible!
