If you are between the ages of 16 and 20, a member of the OA, and are not  
able to travel as part of the council contingent to Philmont next summer or if  
money is an issue, do not forget about the amazing program the Order of the  
Arrow has at Philmont called OA Trail Crew.  The cost of the program is  only 
$150 plus transportation and we are  almost full for the summer of 2008 so go 
ahead and start planning for the summer  of 2009.  Applications for 2009 should 
be ready by the end of May and be  sure to get them in early so you will get 
the session you desire.
 
Participants of OA Trail Crew get to enjoy two weeks at Philmont with  
arrowmen from across the nation.  To learn more about this program as well  as the 
similar programs offered at Northern Tier Canoe Base (OA Wilderness  Voyage, 
and at Sea Base (OA Ocean Adventure) visit the high adventure website at

questions about the programs, need help filling out your  application, need to 
know what to bring, need help finding transportation or  anything, please do not 
hesitate to ask me.  I am a past participant  of OA Trail Crew and OA 
Wilderness Voyage and I can honestly say they  are two of the greatest, if not the 
greatest, experiences of my  life.  No arrowmen should pass up an opportunity to 
attend these  programs.  They are once in a lifetime experiences.
