Fellow arrowmen,
 
I would like to ask when you register for any event or if you are just  
paying your dues, please send your payment along with a completed form.   This 
helps us to greatly maintain our lodge records.  
 
If you send in a dues renewal and you haven't attended an event for a  while, 
we may not have a record of your honor level, chapter, address and other  
important information, this even applies to regular registration for  events.  
Also add your email address so that we can email important lodge  or chapter 
information out.
 
Just a reminder, when you send in your universal registration, attach a  
current medical form for the coming year.  All the medical forms from last  year 
where disposed of, we only keep them on file for one year.
