Brothers,

Conclave Update,

As of Sunday at spring fellowship we have 62 registered for conclave and
this is GREAT!!!!!!...now i challenge you to more.

I challenge the members of Pellissippi Lodge to bring 75 arrowmen to
conclave on april 18, 2008. So now is the time to encourage the arrowman in
your troops to become active in their lodge and attend Conclave.

For those already registered...you must have a signed, CLASS 1 MEDICAL FORM
to get on the bus. The bus leaves the scout office at 5:00 PM SHARP. If you
are late you WILL NOT wait for you. ADULTS only may drive personal vehicles
to conclave. If you are planning to drive to Mack Morris, we need to get
your vehicle and insurance information on the tour permit ASAP. If you are
not planning to ride the bus and drive yourself to Conclave, please email me
or Pete Carter and tell us who is riding with you. This way, we can get an
accurate count of seats left on the bus to Conclave so we know how many
seats are available for walk ons.
Now that brings me to walkons. If you are not registered for Concave
yet...do not send anything to the council office after fellowship.
Bring it with you to the bus on the 18th at the scout office. We have
limited space left on the bus so if you have not registered yet email me or
Pete Carter immediately so we can save you a seat. The remaining seats on
the bus are first come first serve only basis. Adults, if you are willing to
drive to make more seats available on the bus, then again email me or Pete
ASAP and tell us so we can get your vehicle on the tour permit. NO FOOD of
anykind on the bus. Screw top bottles only. EAT BEFORE YOU SHOW UP. We will
have a cracker barrel when we get to conclave. BRING YOUR OWN TENT and plan
to fill up the tent as there is limited area in the campsite. You must be
wearing your FULL CLASS A and your sash to get on the bus...you can take it
off once on the bus, but when we get off at rest stops...it goes back on.
