Arrowmen,
 
Our numbers have had some drops and adds, but we are still at 67.
 
If you owe us MEDICAL FORM, MONEY, AND/OR A REGISTRATION  FORM...BRING THEM.  The list is at the bottom.
 
PACK TIGHT.  The space under the bus is our spot for everything we are taking.
 
TENTS  REQUIRED (Cram as many in each tent as possible.  There are 10 8x8 platforms for tents and 67 of us.  Get the picture?)

The Conclave Bus arrives at 4:30 and leaves the Council Office at 5:00 P.M. SHARP.

Eat BEFORE you arrive.
A screw top bottle allowed on the bus.  NO CANS.
There will be one bathroom stop after Cookville.
Manage your liquids intelligently for the ride.
The bathrooms on the bus will be closed on the way down to avoid ruining the ride back.
 
CLASS A and SASH are a MUST
(Orange hats from our conclave would be a nice touch.)  
 
There is NO CROSSVILLE STOP.
