[Lodge230] LEC and Vigil Meeting.

Mark your calendars because on Sunday, January 11, 2009 at 3:00pm at the
Scout Office, the LEC will meet to decide who will receive awards at the
Winter Banquet.
The awards being decided upon are:

     Jeff Moser Rising Arrowman Award

     Jim Montgomery Service Award

     J.T. White Native American Award

     H. Doug Ferguson III Ceremonies Award

     Cliff Harmon Inductions Award

     Arthur B. Wood Advisors Award

Please be thinking of people who deserve these awards. If you are not a
voting member of the LEC you can always pass the name along to someone who
is.

Each Chapter needs to provide one arrowman for the Ray Dyke Spirit Award,
which is given to arrowman who demonstrate the spirit of the Order of the
Arrow.

If anyone has something that needs to be run by the LEC, please send it to
me as soon as possible so that I can put it on the Agenda.

Immediately following the LEC will be the Vigil Meeting; more information
will be sent out soon about it.
