[Lodge230] NOAC Update

The following people need to complete their applications at www.oa-bsa.org. Tyler Ammons, Fred Brannon, David Britt, Alex Fagg, Pat Gibson, Steven Gibson, Chase Hafley, Dan Jarvis, Mark Kaye, and Noah Kaye.  I saw most of you at the Winter Banquet and gave you your user name and password then.  If I didn't see you or you have forgotten it,  I can be reached at 865/556-3898 or trey_ussery at hotmail.com. It is crucial that you get your applications filled out by 2-27-09.  If they aren't completed by then,  we lose your slot and it will be assigned to someone else.  We need a flap design to be submitted and approved at Spring Fellowship.  This needs to be a one piece flap and the purpose of this flap is to raise money for the bus.  The contingent and trader flap design will need to be in at the first ordeal.  We will be having a NOAC meeting at Spring Fellowship so that I can update everyone as to where we stand.  We should know how many additional slots we received by then,  so if you have turned in your $100 deposit, plan on being at the meeting.
