National opened the additional slot request site early and we are now approved for 37 slots.  The original 24 have completed their applications and the additional 13 will be able to complete theirs when our council sends payment.  Hopefully I will be able to give out user names and passwords at Spring Fellowship.  Everyone who is going will need a completed health form.  The NEW health form is the one that is required.  You can download this form at www.oa-bsa.org.  I hope to have copies of the Code of Conduct forms at this meeting if they are available.  This is another form that everyone will have to sign.  Training registration will start on April 1 at www.oa-bsa.org. Sign in to your account and sign up for the classes you wish to take.  Only sign up for the classes that you will attend because most classes fill up and I don't want someone who wants to attend not able to because someone signs up for it with no intention of going.  Also be thinking of who you would like to room with.  I will try my best to see that you get to room with who you want to.  There are 2 people to a room and there are 3 categories, youth (under 18), young adult (18-21), and adult.  You are only allowed to room with someone who is in the same category as you.  I hope to see everyone at fellowship.  Remember that your total fees must be paid by May 1 and we need flap designs.
